While technical difficulties are inevitable and do happen on any platform, in most cases the reason why you can't access a certain section or perform a certain action is due to the following:
Browser compatibility
An important first step to take when encountering difficulties is to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This fixes most common issues, such as loading a site or its formatting.
Although we will not recommend any specific browser, we must draw attention towards issues experienced with Internet Explorer.
Our internal stats show that while it ranks as the 5th most popular browser when accessing our website, it is actually the 2nd most used one to visit our Support pages, which also hosts this post.
The reason this is relevant is that since 2016, Internet Explorer no longer benefits from security updates or technical support for old versions. This can naturally result in issues. Consequently, although the choice is yours, we recommend looking for alternatives to Internet Explorer.
Device performance
Our platform is responsive (optimised for mobile devices), but the devices themselves are out of our control. Thus, please make sure to also conduct a test on a desktop/laptop first.
